1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging The Tab Theory for services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or contract prevail over this page where they differ.

2. Services

We provide software engineering and product development services including custom ERP, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, React Native mobile apps, web platforms, and cloud APIs. Scope, deliverables, and engagement models are defined in a written project proposal or sprint agreement.

3. Slabs & Payments

Estimates and sprint commitments are valid for 30 days from issuance. For dedicated sprint pods (₹1,800/hour, minimum 30 days / ~₹10,00,000+ commitment) and enterprise engagements, milestone-based invoicing applies against valid GST invoices. Hourly and on-demand advisory work (₹2,000/hour) is billed on actual logged hours weekly or bi-weekly.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, complete source code and project deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

5. Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, content, and approvals keep projects on schedule. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines without penalty to The Tab Theory.

6. Warranties & support

Each plan includes a free support window covering defects in delivered functionality. New features and scope changes are quoted separately.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Gurgaon, Haryana having jurisdiction.
